In the Terminal Window, go to your download directory (usually Downloads) by typing cd Downloads and then pressing enter. The next step is to type chmod+x CompleteUninstall.sh and press enter. Now type the following: ./CompleteUninstall.sh and as before press enter again. This should complete the uninstall process for a MAC. Now I’m pretty happy with my Magic Jack, and I have no need to uninstall it at this point. However, if I ever need to uninstall the magicJack software it will be super easy. In the past it was more complicated and you had to find and use the mjremover.exe file to remove the software from your computer but now it’s much simpler, of course unless you have a MAC. But MAC users should be quite use to this by now as it’s the case with most smaller non mainstream software applications.
